Make the following Appointments in your Branch as per membership strength :

Vice Presidents (First, Second or Third as the case may be)
Secretary/Joint Secretary
Treasurer / Joint Treasurer
VSSS Tamer/ VSSS Tail Twister
Centre (Branch) P R O
Board of Directors
Create Sub – Committees (Festival celebration, Greeter, Membership, Entertainment, Image Building, Service Projects etc.) within your Branch wherein those who are not Members of the Board may be appointed Chairperson/ Vice Chairperson

Formally Register your Branch with the National Body (as per Membership Form attached) by paying a sum of Rs.200/- (rupees two hundred only) per member per annum
After receiving the Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam Charter, your Branch will be formally and officially declared as in existence with each member receiving a membership number, membership certificate, ID Card, copy of VSSS Constitution and Bye – Laws and VSSS vehicle stickers
The Charter will be formally handed over to your Branch
We aim to meet at least once a year at the ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION to exchange ideas and ideologies and undertake personal interaction
