VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” Dispute Resolution Procedure
All disputes or claims arising between any member or members, or a former member or members, and the VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM, or any officer on the board of the VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM, relative to membership, or the interpretation, breach of, or application of the VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM’s constitution and by-laws, or the expulsion of any member from the VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM, or any other internal VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” matter whatsoever which cannot be satisfactorily resolved through other means, shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedures established by the International Board of Directors.
