VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER”  “Center” Administration
Section 1. VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER”  “CENTER” OFFICERS. The members comprising the “Center” shall elect a “Center” president, secretary and treasurer. These three individuals, along with the “Center” liaison constitute the executive committee of the “Center”. The “Center” members shall elect a president who shall serve on the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM’s board of directors and be encouraged to attend general and/or board meetings and activities of the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” to provide “Center” records and a report of planned “Center” activities, a monthly financial report and coordinate efforts to encourage open discussion and effective communication between the “Center” and parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM. Members of the “Center” are encouraged to attend scheduled meetings and activities of the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM.
Section 2. LIAISON. The parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” shall designate a member of the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” to oversee the progress of the “Center” and provide assistance to the “Center”, when necessary. The member serving in this capacity shall also serve as the fourth officer of the “Center”.
Section 3. VOTING ENTITLEMENT. The members of the “Center” may vote on activities of the “Center” and are voting members of the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM, when in attendance at meetings of the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM. “Center” members shall be calculated in parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” meeting quorum requirements only when present in person at the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” meeting.
Section 4. FEES AND DUES. Each new, reinstated and transfer VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER”  “Center” member shall pay an entrance fee of $_______ which fee shall include the current association entrance fee. VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” “Center” may charge an entrance fee separate from that of the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” and “Center” members are not required to pay the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” entrance fee.
Each member of the “Center” shall pay the following indicated regular annual dues which dues shall include an amount to cover current international and district (single or sub- and multiple) dues (to defray the subscription price of VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” Magazine, administrative and annual convention costs of the association and similar district costs) and shall be paid in advance at such times as the board of directors of the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” shall determine:

The treasurer of the “Center” shall remit international and district (single or sub- and multiple) dues to the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” treasurer, and at the times, specified in the respective international and district (single or multiple) constitution and by-laws. VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER” “Center” are not required to pay VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM “CENTER”  dues to the parent VISHWA SINDHI SEVA SANGAM.
