Appoint Vice President and General Secretary in your State as per your Geographical areas to assist you and the VSSS

Appoint District Presidents and assist them in setting up VSSS Centres (Branches) in their respective Districts

Assist Districts Presidents to appoint City Presidents and set up VSSS City Centres (Branches), (even 20 member branches are welcome in small towns)

Direct Districts to authorize Cities in the particular Districts to similarly set up VSSS Centres (Branches) in respective Cities
Ensure that each and every Sindhi associated with the Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam is a member of a Centre (Branch), which is mandatory

Official Charter will be issued to each bonafide Centre (Branch) of the Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam

Each member of the Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam Centre (Branch) will be handed over a kit comprising unique membership number, membership certificate, membership Pin, copy of Aims & Objectives, copy of Constitution and Bye – Laws and vehicle stickers
Each member will be updated from time to time for any alterations/ amendments in the Constitution and Bye Laws

You will be expected to head the Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam Centre (Branch) in your State and guide, suggest and assist our Sindhi brothers and sisters

We aim to meet at least once a year at the ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION to exchange ideas and ideologies and undertake personal interaction
