The Nascent Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam, a duly Registered (1329/2018) body of like – minded progressive thinking Sindhis around the world started out as Bhartiya Sindhi Seva Sangam twenty years back, but having gone international it rechristened itself to Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam having our own Constitution and Bye Laws in place, and which are being diligently adhered to.
The First International Convention of the Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam was held between 28th. and 30th. October 2017 at Orittel (Talegaon, Pune), which had an unprecedented response.
Being the first effort, we made preparations on a very conservative scale, not having expected the unprecedented response that we eventually received, which left us very pleasantly surprised – close to 400 Registered delegates, due to which, we had to very reluctantly turn away over 450 delegates who could not be accommodated for want of boarding and lodging.
For the Second International Convention (22nd, 23rd. and 24th. December 2018) however, we are well prepared with booking at Khanvel Resort (Silvassa), which can easily accommodate 1,000 (one thousand only) delegates, plus four to five adjacent hotels to accommodate a total of 2,500 delegates. 
All hotels have strict security arrangements in place.
Strongly believing in working for our Sindhi Community, within the framework of our Constitution and bye laws, in tandem with Country heads, National, State and District Presidents, we have fanned out in 21 countries and counting, and have covered all 29 States of the Indian Union, and some Districts too.
We have a strong Core Committee laying the foundation of the Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam, and the Second International Convention will be a 2 night/ 3 day affair with opening and closing sessions, interspersed with Business sessions, fellowship, sports, open house, appointments of VSSS Officers in various categories, recognizing Presidents and explaining their duties and responsibilities to them.
Approximate budget for the Second International Convention is between Rs.40,00,000/- (rupees forty lacs only) to Rs. 45,00,000/- (rupees forty five lacs only), which has the complete, absolute and unstinted support of the entire Core Team and members.
